I am a Unity and C# software engineer with experience as the creator and co-founder of Language Lab, an AI backed virtual reality language education platform. I have experience in all manors of development from AI to multiplayer and UI/UX design and much more. I have released two applications on Oculus App Lab and one on Steam.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Used C# and Unity to create an innovative virtual reality language education platform that has over 18,000 users in 120 countries and is ranked in the top 5 VR language education platforms in the world
- Worked with a non-technical cofounder to plan the scope, cost, and development time of the project. Single-handedly built a working demo within 30 days of original idea proposal
- Gained experience using both OpenGL and Vulkan.
- Used a wide range of design tools and skills to create a coherent, comfortable, and attractive virtual world
- Used C# to create a recursive algorithm that can generate over 1,000 hours’ worth of meaningful language education content
- Used Photon to implement multiplayer.
- Used blender to create and animate character models.
- Integrated Unity with PlayFab to collect JSON player data in real time and to create leaderboards and virtual currencies
- Synced Unity with Microsoft Azure to access powerful cloud scripts and large language databases
- Ported the app to Oculus Quest headsets, Pico Neo 3, Pico 4, SteamVR, and Nolo virtual reality headsets
- Setup in-app purchasing across all devices resulting in immediate revenue
- Sourced, hired, and managed an international team of developers to design, assess, and adapt to a growing user base

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Used C# and Unity to create a medieval Robin Hood style game for Oculus Quest 1 and 2 that has over 5,000 users
- Used C#, Unity NavMesh and Raycast to create a state machine for NPC guards that are able to patrol and chase the player when spotted
- Used Unity Profiler, occlusion culling, and light baking to improve performance on standalone devices’ slow computation speed
- Used Unity’s XR Interaction Toolkit with AutoHand to create an immersive experience within the virtual world
